$3,999.00

The most direct way into daily heat therapy - a cabin sized honestly for one person.
- Lead time Order processing 3–7 business days, then estimated production and fulfilment of 20–40 business days for made-to-order products. Production and transit are separate stages, and these are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
- Warranty One-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use. Where a manufacturing defect is identified within the year the manufacturer will, at its discretion, repair the defective component, supply replacement parts, replace the product, or offer another reasonable remedy; replacement parts may be new, refurbished or equivalent in performance. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, transportation damage not reported within the required inspection period, improper installation, assembly, maintenance or operation, misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorised modification, environmental damage, commercial use beyond product specifications, consumables and routine maintenance, or damage resulting from improper electrical, plumbing or site preparation. Non-transferable, and valid proof of purchase is required.

What This Solves
Most people talk themselves out of a sauna on size and money before they ever try living with one. A cabin sized honestly for one person removes both objections: it is the lowest entry price in our range, it fits an apartment, and it settles the only question that actually matters - whether you will use it three times a week.
Why You’ll Want to Use It
- Sized for one, so it fits rooms and corners a multi-person cabin cannot.
- Far-infrared heat warms you directly, so the cabin works at a lower air temperature than a traditional sauna.
- Digital control panel for temperature and session timing.
- Plug-in supply, rated by the manufacturer for 110V, 220-240V and 380V.
- Rated by the manufacturer for both indoor and outdoor installation.
Why Buyers Choose This Model
- The lowest entry price of any sauna we carry, at $3,999.
- Sized for one person, so it heats fast and suits a short session before or after work rather than a weekend event.
- Specified for indoor or outdoor installation - unusual at this size and price.
- Solid wood construction with a digital control panel.
- Specified for 110V, 220-240V and 380V, so it can be matched to what your property already has.
What Each Feature Actually Does
- Single-person size
- Heats quickly and costs less to run, which is what makes a 20-minute session on a weekday actually happen instead of being saved for the weekend.
- Far-infrared heating
- Warms your body directly rather than the room, so no groundwork or construction is required.
- Indoor or outdoor installation
- Rare at this size - it can start in a spare room and move outside later, or the other way round.
- Multi-voltage specification
- Specified for 110V, 220-240V and 380V. An advisor confirms the right configuration for your property in writing before your order is released.
- Digital control panel
- Set temperature and duration directly; nothing to learn before the first session.
- Premium solid wood
- A cabin built to be lived with daily rather than a folding or fabric enclosure.

Technology
Infrared saunas heat the body rather than the air around it. Emitters in the cabin walls radiate far-infrared energy that your body absorbs directly, so the cabin reaches a usable session temperature quickly and runs cooler than a traditional steam or rock sauna. For most people that means a session that is easier to tolerate and easier to repeat, which matters far more than peak temperature.
Choosing Between the Models
Choose the Fjordheim Solo if one person will use it and you want the smallest commitment in the range. For two people outdoors, the Eldvik is a cedar cabin at $5,999. For two people indoors with the wattage published, the Lumin Two is $9,999. If you want traditional heater-and-stones heat with steam rather than infrared, the Auris cabins are the traditional range.
Still weighing two models? Talk it through with an advisor - no obligation, and no pressure to decide on the call.

Every order is checked before it is released: an advisor confirms fit, configuration, electrical supply and delivery access with you in writing, so the terms below describe a purchase you have already been walked through rather than one you are agreeing to blind.
These terms are set by this product’s manufacturer and apply to this product only. Terms differ between products on this site — do not assume another product’s delivery, cancellation, damage-reporting or return terms apply here.
| Order processing | 3–7 business days. Processing is separate from production and from transit. |
|---|---|
| Production and fulfilment | Estimated 20–40 business days for made-to-order products. Whether this unit is built to order is confirmed in writing before your order is accepted. |
| Estimated delivery | Production and transit are separate stages. All timings are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. |
| Delivery method | Freight delivery. The carrier may contact you to book a delivery appointment. Additional fees may apply for missed appointments, redelivery attempts, storage, remote locations or special delivery requests. |
| Site readiness | Confirm the access route and drop point, floor support, clearances around the cabin, and a suitable electrical circuit and outlet before ordering. Site preparation must be complete before delivery. |
| Freight inspection | Inspect immediately on delivery. Photograph the packaging and the product, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, and retain all original packaging materials. |
| Damage or defect reporting deadline | Within 5 business days of delivery. Failure to report shipping damage within this period may affect the ability to process a claim with the carrier. |
| Evidence required | Photographs of the packaging and product, your order number, and a description of the issue. |
| Cancellation | Within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours the order may already have entered production, material allocation or fulfilment scheduling; a later request may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be approved once production has begun. |
| Made-to-order restriction | Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. Customised, special-order and made-to-order products are non-refundable once production starts, and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. |
| Return eligibility | Where a return is approved: request within 30 days of delivery, product unused and in like-new condition, returned in its original packaging wherever possible, with all accessories, manuals, hardware and included components. Written return authorisation is required before anything is sent back — unauthorised returns may be refused and returned at your expense. |
| Not returnable | Custom-built products; made-to-order products already in production; special-order items; products damaged through misuse or improper installation; products modified after delivery; clearance, closeout or final-sale items; products missing major components or packaging. |
| Restocking fee | Approved returns may carry up to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund, covering inspection, handling, administrative and logistics costs. |
| Return freight responsibility | You pay return shipping, freight transportation, packaging and insurance costs, unless the return results from a verified manufacturing defect or a shipping error by the manufacturer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. |
| Refused delivery | Refusing a delivery without prior authorisation may make you responsible for the original shipping charges, return freight, carrier handling fees and a 25% restocking fee, deducted from any refund. Speak to IMPERVITA before refusing a delivery. |
| Remedy for a verified defect | Replacement parts, repair, product replacement, or another appropriate resolution determined by the manufacturer. |
| Refund processing | An approved return must first be received and inspected. Eligible refunds are then processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds may be reduced by restocking fees, return shipping, freight costs, and damaged or missing components. |
| Warranty | One-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use. Remedies at the manufacturer's discretion: repair the defective component, supply replacement parts, replace the product, or another reasonable remedy. Why the Fjordheim
Most home saunas are bought for a household and used by one person. The Fjordheim is built for that reality: a single-seat far-infrared cabin in solid wood that goes into an ordinary room, plugs in, and gets used.
Because it is sized for one, it fits places a two- or three-person cabin will not – a spare room, a bathroom, a wellness room, a covered terrace. The manufacturer rates it for indoor and outdoor installation, and it accepts 110V, 220-240V or 380V supplies.
What the manufacturer does not publish
Exterior dimensions, cabin weight and operating temperature range are not published for this model. We would rather say so than print an estimate. If those figures decide your purchase, speak to an advisor and we will confirm them in writing before you order.
