Payment Methods
IMPERVITA provides secure online payment processing for eligible purchases through WooPayments. You may use the payment methods displayed and available during checkout. Availability can vary by device, browser, order value, product, and payment-provider eligibility.
Major credit and debit cards
Eligible major credit and debit cards are accepted through our secure checkout. The card types available to you are confirmed at checkout before you place an order.
Express checkout
Eligible digital-wallet or express-payment options may be displayed during checkout when supported by your browser, device, account, and our payment-provider configuration. Those conditions are set by your own device and account rather than by us, so checkout shows the options you actually qualify for instead of this page listing options you may not.
Pay over time
Affirm, Klarna, and Cash App Afterpay are available at checkout as pay-over-time options. Each is a service provided by that company rather than by IMPERVITA: you apply during checkout, the provider pays IMPERVITA for the order, and you repay the provider under the agreement you accept with them.
Approval, credit limit, instalment schedule, and any interest or fees are set by the provider at the time of checkout. IMPERVITA does not set those terms, cannot influence a decision, and is not told what you are offered.
Availability also depends on your order total, because each provider sets its own minimum and maximum. Higher-value equipment orders can fall outside those limits, so an option you do not qualify for will either not be shown at checkout or may be declined there.
Payment authorization
All payments are subject to authorization and fraud-screening requirements from the applicable payment provider and card issuer. An order is not confirmed until that authorization succeeds.
High-value orders
Certain high-value, commercial, custom-configured, or specialty-equipment orders may require additional verification before fulfillment. Where that applies, an advisor contacts you directly before the order proceeds.
Financing
The pay-over-time options above are payment methods offered by third-party providers at checkout. They are not the same thing as an IMPERVITA finance facility for a complete recovery room or a commercial installation, which is a separate arrangement. See financing options for the current position on that — it is the only page where we state what IMPERVITA itself offers.
Payment security
Payment information is processed through approved payment providers over an encrypted connection. Card details are handled by the payment provider — IMPERVITA does not receive or store full customer card numbers.
