What This Solves

A one or two-person cabin turns a shared ritual into a queue. If the sauna is meant to be something the household or a few friends do together, capacity is the decision - and once you are sizing for four, the heat source becomes a real choice rather than a default.

Why You’ll Want to Use It

  • Room for three to four people, so a session is something the household does together rather than in shifts.
  • Traditional heater-and-stones heat you control by how much water you pour.
  • Natural red cedar throughout, chosen for stability outdoors and comfort against the skin at temperature.
  • Electric as standard, with a wood-burning configuration available from the manufacturer on request.
  • Pairs naturally with a cold plunge for a contrast routine without leaving the garden.

Why Buyers Choose This Model

  • Sized for three to four people, so nobody is waiting their turn.
  • The only cabin we carry that the manufacturer will configure for wood-burning heat on request, as well as electric.
  • Traditional heater-and-stones heat, so water on the stones still produces the steam burst an infrared cabin cannot.
  • Natural red cedar construction, built to live outdoors.
  • A 5-year limited warranty - the longest cover of any sauna we carry.

What Each Feature Actually Does

3-4 person capacity
An 81 in wide cabin means a household or a few friends use it together rather than in shifts, which is usually what decides whether an outdoor sauna gets used at all.
Wood-burning available on request
A wood fire gives a heat character electric cannot match and removes the cabin from your electrical load entirely. These builds need custom configuration and chimney planning, which an advisor works through with you before the order is placed.
Traditional heater with stones
Water on the stones lifts humidity for a short, sharper burst of heat - the defining part of a real sauna.
Natural red cedar
Stable and moisture-resistant, which is what keeps an outdoor cabin of this size serviceable over years of weather cycling.
5-year limited warranty
Five times the cover of the infrared cabins in our range.
Multi-voltage specification
Specified for 380V, 220-240V and 110V. An advisor confirms the exact heater and supply for your property in writing before the order is placed.

Designed For

Best for

  • Households that want several people in the sauna at once
  • Gardens and decks with a prepared, level base and a suitable outdoor supply
  • Owners who want the option of wood-burning heat rather than electric only
  • Buyers planning a full outdoor recovery area rather than a single appliance

Not ideal for

  • Small gardens, courtyards and decks - at 81 in wide and 1,350 lb this needs real outdoor space and a prepared, level base
  • One or two regular users - the Auris One heats faster and costs less to run
  • Indoor installation
  • Commercial premises - commercial use is not covered by the standard warranty

Technology

The Auris Two is a traditional sauna. A heater holds a bed of stones at temperature and the cabin warms by convection and radiant heat; water poured on the stones lifts humidity for a short, sharper burst. The manufacturer specifies the cabin for 380V, 220–240V and 110V supplies and states that a wood-burning configuration is available on request, as those installations need custom configuration and chimney planning. The manufacturer does not currently publish the heater model or output supplied with the Auris Two. Rather than estimate it, an IMPERVITA Wellness Advisor confirms the exact heater and supply for your property with the manufacturer, in writing, before your order is placed.

Choosing Between the Models

Choose the Auris Two if three or four people will use the sauna together, or if you want the option of wood-burning heat. If it is mostly one or two of you, the Auris One is the same traditional heat in a smaller cabin that reaches temperature faster and costs less to run. If you want heat therapy indoors with no base and no outdoor supply, the Lumin infrared range is a different experience at a lower price.

Still weighing two models? Talk it through with an advisor - no obligation, and no pressure to decide on the call.

FAQ

Which heater comes with the Auris Two?

The manufacturer does not currently publish the heater model or kW output supplied with the Auris Two, and heater images in the manufacturer's gallery are not a specification. Rather than quote a figure we cannot evidence, an advisor obtains it from the manufacturer in writing before you order. An IMPERVITA Wellness Advisor will confirm the heater in writing with the manufacturer before your order is placed.

Can I have a wood-burning heater instead?

The manufacturer states that wood-burning heating is available on request for the Auris Two, and that those installations require custom configuration and chimney planning. It is not a checkout option — an advisor arranges it with the manufacturer, including the chimney and clearance requirements.

What base and clearances does it need?

A level, load-bearing base sized for the 81" × 86" footprint and the 1,350 lb weight, with clearance for the door to open fully. The manufacturer does not publish a foundation or clearance specification, so confirm your site with an advisor before ordering.

How does it compare with the Auris One?

The Auris Two is the larger cabin — 3–4 people against 1–2, 1,350 lb against 992 lb, and a much larger footprint. The Auris One is the choice where space is tight; the Auris Two is the choice where more than two people will use it together. Wood-burning is offered on request for the Auris Two only.

Is it suitable for a gym or rental property?

The standard manufacturer warranty excludes commercial use unless separately agreed. For commercial placement, speak to IMPERVITA PRO before ordering.

How long will it take to arrive?

The manufacturer quotes approximately 15–65 business days for the Auris range depending on availability and carrier. We confirm the current window at the time of order and do not promise a fixed arrival date.

Why the Auris Two

The usual reason a home sauna goes unused is that it only fits one person. Sessions get scheduled, then skipped. A cabin that seats three or four changes the behaviour — it becomes something the household does together rather than something one person disappears to do.

The Auris Two is the larger of the two Auris cabins: 81 inches wide, 86 long, and 1,350 pounds of natural red cedar. It is also the only model in the range for which the manufacturer offers a wood-burning configuration, which matters if you want heat that does not depend on the grid — or simply want the fire.

Compare the Auris models

There are two cabins in the Auris range and the decision between them is mostly about how many people will realistically be in it at once — and how much garden you are willing to give up.

Related products

Who it suits — and who it does not

It suits households of three or four, gardens with room for a genuine cabin, and buyers who want the wood-burning option on the table.

It does not suit small gardens or courtyards — at 81 by 86 inches plus door clearance it is a structure, not an appliance — or anyone who wants the sauna indoors.

Residential and commercial use

Specified for residential use. the standard manufacturer warranty excludes commercial use unless separately agreed, so gyms, studios, clinics, rentals and hospitality settings need different terms — speak to IMPERVITA PRO before ordering.

What to settle before you buy

1. The heater

The manufacturer does not currently publish the heater model or kW output supplied with the Auris Two. Heater images appear in the manufacturer’s gallery, but a photograph is not a specification and we will not quote a figure we cannot evidence. An advisor will confirm the heater in writing with the manufacturer before your order is placed.

2. Wood-burning, if you want it

The manufacturer offers wood-burning heating for the Auris Two on request. It is not a checkout option, because it requires custom configuration and chimney planning — and, at your end, sensible thought about clearances, roof penetration and local rules. Start that conversation with an advisor early; it changes the lead time.

3. The base

1,350 pounds across an 81 by 86 inch footprint, plus clearance for the door. It needs a level, load-bearing base. The manufacturer publishes no foundation specification, so confirm your intended base with an advisor before ordering.

4. Electrical and access

Specified for 380V, 220–240V and 110V; the correct supply follows the heater. New circuits are separate electrical work at your cost. Delivery is kerbside freight — measure the route from kerb to base, including gates, slopes and corners, before you order.

Installation and white-glove service

Optional White-Glove Professional Installation — $4,000. Available in the United States and Canada. Scope, site access, product requirements and scheduling are confirmed prior to fulfilment.

The manufacturer has not published a documented scope for this service, so we do not list one. Do not assume it includes electrical work, a dedicated circuit, groundwork or base construction, chimney installation for a wood-burning configuration, permits, crane or specialist access, or disposal. Ask an advisor to confirm the scope in writing with the manufacturer before adding it.

Maintenance

Air the cabin after use, wipe the benches down, and leave the cedar unsealed — outdoor cedar silvers with age, which is normal and is excluded from warranty cover as a defect. Keep the stones stacked loosely and replace any that break down. A wood-burning configuration adds flue and ash maintenance; an advisor will cover that with you if you take that route.

Shipping and lead time

Every unit in these ranges is made to order, so the lead time is production time rather than a warehouse pick. The manufacturer currently quotes approximately 15–65 business days for this range. We confirm the current window when your order is placed, and we will not give you a fixed arrival date we cannot stand behind.

Delivery is by freight carrier to a scheduled kerbside appointment. Shipping to the continental United States is included in the price shown. Read our shipping and delivery terms.

Warranty

The manufacturer provides a 5-year limited warranty on the Auris collection, covering structural components, heaters, electrical systems and interior fittings in normal residential use. Cover begins when you receive the product.

What is not covered: Normal wear, discolouration or changes in wood appearance over time; improper installation or failure to follow the setup and maintenance instructions; misuse or neglect; unauthorised modification or repair; commercial use unless separately agreed; and damage from weather, fire, flood, pests or power surges.

Warranty cover applies to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and requires proof of purchase. IMPERVITA handles the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf — you do not chase the manufacturer yourself. Warranty information.

Returns and transit damage

Freight damage is the one thing worth being strict about. Inspect the crate before the driver leaves, photograph anything that looks wrong, and note it on the delivery paperwork. Report damage or a defect within 7 days of delivery, with photographs, before installation.

Outside of defect and transit-damage claims, the manufacturer treats made-to-order units as final sale. That is precisely why we would rather talk the specification through with you first. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Read our returns policy.

Sauna and cold plunge together

Most people who buy an Auris or Lumin sauna are building toward the same thing: heat and cold in one place, so a contrast session does not depend on a gym timetable. The Frost Cold Plunge is the cold half of that set-up.

Plan the two as one project rather than two purchases. The things that catch people out are practical, not technical:

  • Layout and sequencing — how far you walk between hot and cold, wet, in bare feet.
  • Power — two appliances, two loads. Establish what each needs before either is delivered.
  • Water and drainage — where the plunge empties to, and whether that point is where you want the tub.
  • Delivery — two freight deliveries, two access routes, ideally not on the same afternoon.
  • Maintenance — a plunge needs regular attention; a sauna needs very little. Be honest about that upfront.

We do not sell a discounted bundle for this. What we do instead is plan it with you — build your recovery room or speak with an advisor and we will sequence it properly.

What the research actually looks at

Much of the sauna literature studies Finnish-style dry sauna bathing in cohort settings. That is the closest research context to a traditional cedar cabin like this one, but a study population is not a product claim. Evidence varies by protocol, population, temperature and technology, and none of it establishes that this product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. We publish the papers so you can read them yourself.

Browse the IMPERVITA Research Library. Nothing here is medical advice — talk to a qualified clinician about your own circumstances, particularly if you are pregnant, or have cardiovascular or blood-pressure conditions.

Speak with a Wellness Advisor before you order

The Auris Two is a considered purchase, and the questions that decide whether it is the right one — the base, the circuit, the access route, the configuration — are quicker to settle in a conversation than in a checkout. There is no obligation and no pressure to buy on the call.
