Returns
Return terms on freight-shipped wellness equipment are set by each manufacturer and vary considerably between them. Rather than advertise a single policy we cannot honour across every brand, we publish the exact terms on each product page and confirm them in writing before you order.
Some products are returnable. Others are Final Sale, which means they are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges — a defect on a Final Sale product is handled under the manufacturer’s applicable warranty or defect policy instead. The product page tells you which applies before you buy, and the terms are recorded on your order.
What is generally true
- Damage in transit must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported quickly — photograph the crate before it is opened.
- Made-to-order and custom-configured equipment is usually non-returnable once production starts.
- Return freight on large equipment is substantial and is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Faulty equipment is handled under the manufacturer warranty, which is a separate process to a return.
- Final Sale products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Check the product page before ordering if this matters to you.
If you are unsure whether something will fit or suit you, tell an advisor before ordering. It is a far cheaper conversation than a return.
