Frequently asked questions

The questions that come up most often when people are planning a serious recovery purchase.

Do I need to buy everything at once to build a recovery room?

No, and most people do not. Rooms are usually built in two or three stages — one anchor piece first, then the pairing technology, then the finishing equipment. Planning the whole room up front matters more than buying it all up front, because power, drainage, and ventilation are much cheaper to get right at the start.

Why do some products show a price and others say "request pricing"?

Some categories, hyperbaric systems especially, cannot be specified responsibly from a product page. Siting, configuration, and support all change what you actually need, so those are quoted after a conversation. Where a manufacturer sets a minimum advertised price, that also affects what we can display publicly.

How much space do I really need?

Less than most people expect for red light and PEMF, and more than most people expect for saunas, plunges, and massage chairs. The number that catches people out is clearance rather than footprint — recline space behind a chair, door swing on a sauna, and service access around a chiller. An advisor will work through the measurements with you before anything is ordered.

Do you install the equipment?

Where the manufacturer supports it, yes. Available service levels are listed on each product page, from curbside freight through to professional installation. We list only the levels that genuinely apply to that product rather than implying every option is available everywhere.

Is the manufacturer warranty affected by buying through IMPERVITA?

Buying through an approved channel is what protects the warranty. Equipment bought outside a manufacturer’s authorized network is frequently excluded from cover altogether, which is one of the main reasons we work the way we do.

Can you help commercial facilities?

Yes. IMPERVITA PRO handles clinics, gyms, med spas, recovery studios, hospitality, corporate wellness, and residential developments. Commercial specification is a different exercise to residential — duty cycle and serviceability drive the decision rather than price point.

Do all IMPERVITA products have the same return policy?

No. Return eligibility depends on the product. Some products are returnable under the terms confirmed with the order, and others are sold as Final Sale, meaning they are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. The terms that apply are shown on the product page before you buy and are confirmed with your order. A defective product is handled under the manufacturer’s applicable warranty or defect policy rather than as a return.

How is shipping charged, and what does delivery include?

Shipping and delivery vary by product. Some products carry a product-specific flat shipping rate shown on the product page, some include shipping in the price, and some are quoted for your address before you pay. Where curbside/driveway delivery is the standard method, the product page says so. White-glove delivery is not included in standard delivery and may be available as an optional additional service. Installation is not included in the standard purchase price and is charged separately when applicable — call 623-505-2732 or email sales@impervita.com for installation information.

Will this equipment treat a medical condition?

We do not make medical claims. IMPERVITA sells wellness, recovery, and comfort technology for general wellbeing and lifestyle use. If you have a health condition, or you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or taking medication that affects blood pressure or temperature regulation, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before using heat, cold, pressure, or light-based equipment.
