The equipment is the easy part
Anyone can sell you a sauna. What stalls a commercial recovery build is everything either side of it: deciding what the space can actually hold, specifying for the number of sessions a day you are planning rather than the number in the brochure, coordinating freight and installation around an operating business, and knowing who answers the phone in year three when a chiller stops.
IMPERVITA PRO exists to carry that work rather than hand it back to you as a set of links. We are a procurement and specification partner for facilities, which in practice means we will tell you when a cheaper unit is adequate and when a residential model will not survive your duty cycle.
What commercial buyers ask us to solve
- Specification against duty cycle. A unit rated for household use fails differently, and sooner, at thirty sessions a week. This is the single most common and most expensive mistake in the category.
- Experience against budget. Where the spend is visible to your customer and where it is not — and which compromises they will notice.
- Space planning. Throughput, changing, circulation and servicing access, not just whether the unit fits the floor plan.
- Comparison and procurement. Like-for-like specifications across manufacturers, then pricing, freight, installation and lead times in one document rather than five.
- Delivery around an operating business. Access, scheduling and sequencing so installation does not close a room for longer than it has to.
- Scaling. Repeating a room across floors or sites, and keeping the specification consistent when you do.
- Support and parts. A named contact for service and parts for the life of the equipment.
How commercial projects run
Commercial buyers are solving a different problem to a homeowner. Duty cycle, throughput, serviceability, and the cost of downtime matter more than the specification sheet. We scope the room, the utilisation, and the service arrangement before recommending anything.
- Scope. Facility type, expected sessions per day, staffing, and the space available.
- Specify. Equipment matched to that duty cycle, not to a residential price point.
- Quote. Pricing, freight, installation, and lead times in one document.
- Support. A named contact for service and parts for the life of the equipment.
A scoping conversation is not a quote and does not commit you to one. If the honest answer is that your space supports two technologies rather than four, that is a more useful thing to establish before capital is committed than after.
For the technologies these facilities specify most often, see professional wellness equipment. Residential projects are planned through recovery rooms, and equipment leasing is covered under financing options.
