This policy explains what IMPERVITA collects, why, and what happens to it. IMPERVITA is the data controller for this website. You can reach us using the details under How to reach us below.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details. When you request a consultation, quote, commercial pricing, or the planning guide, we store what you enter — typically name, email, phone, the type of project, budget range, timeline, and your message.
  • Order details. If you place an order, WooCommerce stores your billing and shipping details and the contents of the order. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on this site.
  • Account details. If you create an account, we store your email, password (hashed), and order history.
  • Technical data. Standard server logs, and cookies described below.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, prepare pricing, fulfil an order, provide after-sales support, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

  • Manufacturers and suppliers — only the details needed to fulfil, deliver, install, or service your order.
  • Freight and installation partners — delivery address and contact details so they can arrange your appointment.
  • Payment providers — to take payment. They handle card data directly.
  • Our hosting and email providers — as part of running the site and replying to you.

Cookies

This site sets a small number of cookies. Some are functional and set by us: your wishlist, your product comparison selection, and recently viewed products. WooCommerce sets cookies for your cart and session. Our host sets a page-caching cookie. If analytics or advertising tools are configured, they set their own cookies; where none is configured, none is loaded.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up a conversation you return to. Order records are kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require. Ask us to delete anything else and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, including rights under state privacy laws in the United States. Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
